Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of izvera.com (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension, termination and/or legal action.
2. Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal under applicable law (e.g. CSAM, terrorism, threats, defamation, regulated goods without licence).
- Product information you know to be false, deceptive or misleading, including counterfeit goods or fraudulent sustainability claims.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights of others.
- Content that contains malware, exploit code, or links to malicious resources.
3. Prohibited technical activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or supporting infrastructure.
- Bypassing rate limits, quotas or paywalls.
- Automated scraping of the Service beyond rates documented in our API terms.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling Service software except as permitted by mandatory law.
- Submitting denial-of-service traffic, port-scanning, or running exploits.
- Conducting unauthorised security testing. Authorised research is welcome — contact us first.
4. Account & identity
- You must not impersonate another person, organisation or regulator.
- You must not share account credentials beyond the named user; use organisational invitations instead.
- You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to invitees or other parties.
5. Blockchain misuse
You will not publish or attempt to anchor content that is illegal, infringing, or designed to embed personal data on chain. Anchoring is for cryptographic hashes only. We reserve the right to disable anchoring for any account that misuses it.
6. Reporting & enforcement
Report violations to privacy@izvera.com. We may investigate, suspend access without prior notice in case of urgent risk, preserve evidence, cooperate with authorities, and pursue legal remedies. We aim to act proportionately and provide an opportunity to remedy where appropriate.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and/or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
