What is a Digital Product Passport?
A Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a standardized digital record containing key information about a product's lifecycle, materials, and sustainability. Required by EU regulation for batteries, textiles, electronics and more starting from 2027 (batteries first, textiles and electronics following).

How does blockchain anchoring work?
When you publish a passport, a cryptographic hash of its content is recorded on-chain. Anyone can verify the passport hasn't been tampered with by checking the anchor.
Can suppliers fill in passport data?
Yes. You can invite suppliers via secure token links. They submit data which you review and approve — no supplier account needed.
Does PPWR apply to my product?
PPWR applies to every package placed on the EU market — regardless of whether the product itself needs a Digital Product Passport. If you ship goods into the EU, PPWR applies to the packaging.
I have no DPP obligation but I do ship packaging. What should I do?
You can subscribe to the Packaging module on its own — no DPP required. It covers PPWR data model, sustainability checks, EPR declarations and Annex II substance controls.
What is the difference between the DPP plan and the PPWR compliance package?
