ESPR Textile — 2027-2028 delegated act

Textile DPP — ESPR priority product group, start preparing today

The EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR — Regulation (EU) 2024/1781) has been in force since July 2024. Textiles are one of the first three priority product groups; the delegated act arrives 2027-2028 and will make a Digital Product Passport mandatory. The EU Textile Strategy asks for fibre composition, repairability, recycled content, PFAS, microplastics and supply-chain transparency — we consolidate it all on one platform and publish via QR.

Textile DPP = product-scoped obligation. Apparel, wovens, knits, home textiles and technical textiles — all in the priority scope. Whether you are a brand, manufacturer or importer, every SKU you ship into the EU will need a Digital Product Passport and a QR code. Starting now buys you the time to close product-level data gaps.
